Od února 2007 to byla poslední irská majáková loď, která byla v provozu. Byla na stanici South Rock. Nakonec i na tuto stanici byla použita bóje a loď Gannet byla začátkem roku 2009 nabídnuta k prodeji.
Gannet znamená v angličtině TEREJ (bílý / Morus Bassaunus).

Es war das letzt Feuerschiff Irelands. Nach dem Außerdienststellung im 2009 ist das Schiff zu Verkaufen / Since 2007 it was the last lightvessel in irish duties. Since 2009 on the market for sale.
